Kamoebius
A hulking monster executive with a paranoid streak. He's the type to assume the worst and trust almost nobody—always watching, always on guard. You'll find him posted up at a submarine monitoring station off the coast of Ogasawara, where he keeps a close eye on everything passing through those waters. It's the kind of job that suits his distrustful nature perfectly. Not much else is known about his operations, but if something's moving in that area, he's probably already suspicious of it.
