Keiichi is Reiji's childhood best friend and basically got stuck being his caretaker in everyday life. He's even taking cooking classes just to keep Reiji happy. Despite insisting he's not gay, he and Reiji constantly end up as a pairing in Sakaguchi's dreams—which Keiichi probably doesn't appreciate much.
