Sarah and Harper are Lana's younger twin sisters who show up in Pokémon Sun and Moon and the anime. They're best known for being chaotic and mischievous kids who immediately gravitate toward Ash's Pikachu.
When Lana first brought Ash home in "Yo, Ho, Ho! Go, Popplio!," the twins wasted no time pestering Pikachu—stretching his face and generally tormenting him until he'd had enough. Pikachu responded by blasting everyone in the room with Thunderbolt, including Ash, Rowlet, Lana, her Popplio, and the Rotom Pokédex. Before that, they'd asked Lana if Ash was her boyfriend, which she denied pretty quickly.
Later they showed up dancing along with Lana in a Poké Problem segment, grooving to DJ Leo and his Alolan Dugtrio. When they visited Lana at the Pokémon School with their mom, they were amazed by all the Pokémon around and already talking about enrolling once they're old enough.
