A high school student who works as a manager at a fast-food restaurant. Hana's got a no-nonsense attitude and barely bats an eye at her coworkers' antics—unless they're actually slacking on the job, in which case she'll literally punch the manager in the face. She's even told Higashida he should do the same, figuring a good punch might save him from becoming as miserable as their boss.
It's funny because she's rough around the edges most of the time, but flip a switch when a customer walks up and suddenly she's all smiles and charm. She's got a genuine hobby in making chocolates, though heads up: they're genuinely terrible—so bad people joke they'd rather meet Saint Valentine in the afterlife than eat them.
