Uranai Baba is an ancient witch—she's been fortune-telling for over 500 years. She's Muten Roshi's older sister, and the two constantly bicker with each other. Best known for her crystal ball readings, she has genuine clairvoyant abilities that let her peer into the future, see anywhere on Earth, and even travel to the Other World and back.
If you want a fortune told, she'll do it—but it'll cost you. Her standard fee is 10 billion zeni upfront, which is. a lot. Most people can't afford that, so Baba offers an alternative: defeat her five otherworldly martial arts masters, and she'll tell you your future for free. It's brutal, but it's an option.
