A blue-haired racer with serious admirers across the galaxy. He's best known as Dandy's main rival in the Magellanic Nebula Grand Prix, where the two constantly compete for bragging rights. Despite being rivals, they both end up working at BooBies—though their relationship there remains pretty competitive. Young women seem drawn to him, which probably doesn't help matters between him and Dandy. He's the type of character that fans note represents Dandy's opposite in pretty much every way.
