Shuu is the second of the nine Sakurada kids and the oldest brother—he's actually twins with his sister Kanade. His ability lets him teleport himself and anyone he's touching to wherever he wants to go, which obviously comes in handy.
He's got a thing for Hana Satou, his childhood friend, though he doesn't really clock it at first. They end up dating anyway, and she gets involved helping him with his campaign stuff during the election season.
