Kamika
Kamika is one of the Garou Knights, Fiore's elite squad of executioners—basically the kingdom's most dangerous enforcers.
Her specialty is Paper Magic, which lets her control and shape paper into various attacks and effects. She works with what looks like a small scrap of dark paper to pull off her techniques.
