Pippin
A towering, dark-skinned mercenary known for swinging an enormous mace in combat. Before joining the Band of the Hawk, Pippin worked as a miner—a job that clearly built the kind of raw strength he'd later put to use in battle. He was quiet by nature, the type who let his weapon do the talking instead of his mouth.
Within the Band, Pippin gravitated toward Rickert and seemed to take on an almost big-brother role with him, protective and steady. The two were rarely seen apart. Despite his intimidating size and the obvious damage he could inflict, there was something straightforward and reliable about him—the kind of soldier other mercenaries could count on, even if he wasn't much for conversation.
