A tiny, mysterious purple creature with an alien jellyfish-octopus vibe, BooGoo can shapeshift, though she rarely bothers to show it off. She's genuinely friendly with everyone except Stitch, who she constantly messes with—stealing food right off his plate, which drives him absolutely nuts since he's obsessed with eating.
BooGoo's backstory is pretty dark: Hämsterviel found her while locked up on a Galactic Prison planet, brainwashed her, and shipped her to Earth as a fruit fly to sabotage Stitch's good deed counter (which works backward—good deeds subtract points, bad ones add them). Jumba discovered her while tinkering with the counter and managed to debrainwash her. After that, Pleakley adopted her and named her BooGoo, purely because that's literally all she can say.
Her shapeshifting powers exist mostly as a fun fact—she's only actually used them twice. First in her debut episode, and then again when she turned into a parachute to save Yuna, Jumba, and Pleakley from falling. Otherwise, she just sticks with her weird purple alien form and focuses on annoying Stitch.
