Yukiko
Yukiko's stuck in Morita hospital dealing with serious kidney problems. Her friend Tadashi visits her regularly—and though she hasn't said it outright, it's pretty clear she's got feelings for him beyond friendship.
Things take a dark turn when her condition deteriorates. She needs a kidney transplant to survive, and doctors manage to find a donor: a girl who recently died. The catch? That donor turns out to be Tomie, which sets off a whole chain of weird events.
The transplant goes ahead, and Yukiko gets her new kidney. But having Tomie's organ inside her becomes the least of her problems.
