He inherits his father's position as chairman of the Chojin Olympics, stepping into a major role that defines most of his story going forward. Despite sharing a planet with the Kinniku family, he's not actually related to them.
Ikemen starts out as a real thorn in Mantaro's side. He gets mocked for his appearance, which puts him in a sour mood toward Mantaro from day one—basically mirroring how his father felt about Suguru back in the day. Money is his main obsession; he's always cooking up schemes to turn a profit. Early on, he actively works against Mantaro's success and even quietly recruits fighters to take him down, showing clear favoritism toward other wrestlers.
His real contributions come through during the Chojin Olympics Resurrection arc, where he designs most of the preliminary tests and becomes the main voice announcing matches and results. From there he's basically everywhere—either front and center or lurking in the background depending on the arc. The Resurrection tournament and the Ultimate Chojin Tag Tournament are where fans see him at his most prominent.
Over time, something shifts. Ikemen gradually develops an actual friendship with Mantaro and eventually becomes a genuine ally, moving away from his scheming ways to actually work alongside him for the sake of justice.
