Tsugumasa Tonami is a commander of the Peacebreakers—an older guy with striking white hair, a full beard, and mustache to match. He goes for a pretty formal look: gray coat with an oversized collar, white shirt underneath, dark pants, and black loafers. The whole ensemble reads as someone who takes his position seriously.
