The current ruling Emperor and head of the Imperial Family of Li, he's best known for his strikingly unconventional appearance—short black hair, pink eyes, and an impressively long beard that somehow works with his overall regal aesthetic. His face rarely betrays emotion, though he occasionally lets slip a faint smile.
He's notoriously aloof and keeps his feelings locked down around almost everyone. As far as he's concerned, his consorts exist primarily as political tools, which has earned him a reputation for coldness in some circles.
