Princess Snow Kaguya is the main villain of the movie and its manga adaptation. She's a powerful alien who travels between planets on a comet, freezing entire worlds and essentially collecting them like trophies. Her whole thing is turning planets into frozen wastelands and adding them to her collection—which is pretty much her entire motivation throughout the story.
