Chairman Rose runs both Macro Cosmos and the Galar Pokémon League, and he's basically the architect behind Wyndon itself—the city's basically built around his company and the League headquarters. He was Leon's biggest backer early on, putting his weight behind him as Champion before anyone else did. These days he's also footing the bill for Bede's Gym Challenge, which means Rose has his fingers in just about every major competitive Pokémon thing happening in Galar.
