The Colossal Blade Arm User is a member of the Hawk Faction. He along with other members were present at the Yotsurugi Family headquarters when Hibaru came. Following Shiou's orders, he and another member try to kill Hibaru. He boosts that he held a dagger when he made his wish to he meteor strike to be able to kill people with bare hands. As Hibaru blasted the other member, the Colossal Blade Arm member and the rest ran in fear.
