Ishtar
Role: Member of Bounty Hunters Guild "Babilonia"
A cheerful, easygoing bounty hunter who works out of the Babilonia guild on the Great Confluence terminal line. She's best known as Ishtar's partner—the two make a solid team despite their pretty different personalities. While Ishtar tends toward the serious side, this character keeps things light and upbeat, which somehow works in their favor when they're on the job.
