Gokuraku is the younger brother of Princess Richia Kagami, making him the prince of the Bakugami Kingdom. His primary goal is to acquire the slumbering Majik known as Bakugami, who is revered as a deity in his homeland. However, his repeated attempts to defeat Bakugami have been unsuccessful. Upon meeting Ichi, the first known male witch, Gokuraku enlists his help in acquiring Bakugami.
Gokuraku possesses a lean but muscular build, emphasizing agility and power. His arms are well-defined, showcasing his physical strength. His back, however, holds one of his most intriguing features—a large, spine-like modification that he claims to have "built" himself. The design of this modification suggests a fusion of organic and mechanical elements, reinforcing his resourcefulness and willingness to alter his own body for combat efficiency, specifically, to touch Majiks. He himself says you could call him a "Anti-Majik Augmented Human".
Gokuraku is officially listed as a dangerous individual by the Mantinel Witches Association due to his relentless and violent attempts to acquire Majiks. Despite his efforts, Gokuraku is unable to obtain Majiks because he lacks the necessary magical power, even though he fulfills the conditions of their trials.
