Yahichi is a minor character from the episode "Wobbu-Palooza!" He lives in Wobbuffet Village and runs a Wobbuffet of his own. The English dub doesn't give him a proper name—he's just credited as "Mustache Guy" in the Prime Video captions, which is pretty much exactly what he looks like.
During the Wobbuffet Festival, his Wobbuffet became the second in the village to fall victim to a group of festival crashers. The attack caught him completely off guard. When Ash and the others (along with Norio) tracked him down afterward to find out what went down, Yahichi explained that three attackers were responsible for the assault.
