She's a female ninja backing the nomadic groups, and she used to run the Koka school before pivoting to expand her power base across Japan's underground networks.
Things got messy when Asagi killed her, but Oboro didn't stay dead. She tapped into those same evil spirits to resurrect herself and created the Chaos Arena, a twisted fighting space she now controls. Since then, she's been obsessed with payback. To get it, she tracked down Asagi's boyfriend—Kyousuke Sawaki—and kidnapped him to use as leverage.
