Sudou was Keiichiro's good friend, and had roles in numerous productions written by Keiichiro for their small theater troupe. After Keiichiro debuted to critical acclaim, he promised Sudou a role in his next script, but it never got off the ground after the studio rejected it. Sudou continued acting in small productions and, seven years later, quit acting altogether.
