Tarieshin Hasshu stands out as one of the Rokki-dan's few foreign members in Blade of the Immortal, which is pretty much his defining characteristic—he dresses like a Westerner in a cast full of Japanese fighters. He's basically on good terms with only one other guy in the group: Shinsei Doma, who's also an outsider like him, which suggests the two bond over being foreigners in Japan.
Combat-wise, Tarieshin relies on a three-pointed spear that sits somewhere between a trident and a halberd. He fights best when he's spinning with it, using the momentum to his advantage in battle.
