His look has shifted over the years—he started with blonde hair and blue eyes, but more recent designs gave him light brown hair and green eyes instead. He's got thick eyebrows (very England of him) and two ahoge that supposedly stand on end when he gets angry.
Personality-wise, he's the adventurous type—always chasing the next fun thing and craving freedom. He's also surprisingly generous. He keeps a couple of pet kangaroos and a koala around, and there's usually a band-aid stuck across his nose for reasons fans debate endlessly.
He's basically the older brother figure to New Zealand, who picked up his easygoing, fun-loving attitude. That said, he still hasn't delivered on her request for a driveway, which has made her pretty salty with him lately.
