Jose runs Phantom Lord and takes the job seriously—you can spot him by the witch hat emblazoned with his guild's symbol. He's got this whole mystical aesthetic going with what looks like a pair of wings attached to him, though nobody's ever actually seen him use them in a fight.
His magic, called Shade, lets him summon ghost troopers that follow his commands like an army. He can also throw up waves of ghosts to hit opponents, which is pretty effective.
