Kazabune ran a small balloon stand near a men's club. One day Jiraiya hit Gantetsu with a Rasengan, sending him crashing straight into the stand and destroying it. To make things right, Jiraiya grabbed Gantetsu's wallet and handed it over to Kazabune as compensation.
