Urara Kawashima is a 92nd Tootsuki Generation student who's become one of the academy's most recognizable faces. She's basically the go-to host for major events at Tootsuki, and she loves every second of it—the spotlight is kind of her whole thing.
When she's announcing a Shokugeki, she leans hard into the idol persona, playing up the cuteness factor in a way that definitely works on the student body. She's absurdly popular with the guys, which has earned her some serious side-eye from the female students. But honestly, she seems totally unbothered by the jealousy.
