Noel's a blue-haired girl who comes across as pretty spacey and clueless most of the time, though she's genuinely kind underneath it all. Nonoka first ran into her at some kind of laboratory back seven years ago, and there's something oddly mysterious about her that neither of them fully understands. She acts childish in a lot of ways, but it's clear her heart's in the right place.
