The station's motorcycle cop and basically Ryotsu's unwilling accomplice—constantly getting dragged into whatever mess he's cooking up. Honda's the quiet type, still rocking that pompadour look from his old motorcycle gang days, but the second he gets on a bike, he transforms. Deeper voice, mean mug, the whole intimidating package. It's actually perfect for the job since no biker gang member stands a chance against him—he knows their world inside and out and still thinks like one of them.
Outside of work, he's a total otaku who's into shōjo manga and obsessed with Japanese idols. His father owns a garage called Honda Ringyo that specializes in Kawasaki motorcycles, which is kind of funny considering his brother-in-law Kawasaki exclusively rides Honda bikes.
