Misato Nakada
A classmate of Satoru and Kayo who's best known for accusing Kayo of stealing the class lunch money—though she and Kayo had beef long before that. Their rivalry actually goes back to third grade, when Kayo threw Misato's favorite mechanical pencil out the window. The whole thing started because Misato kept teasing Kayo about her pencils, which eventually escalated into that pretty petty (but apparently unforgivable) act.
