Natsuki grew up alongside Yuu, so they go way back. He's genuinely a good guy—caring and thoughtful—but he's got a major weakness: he can't stand up for himself worth a thing. Whenever his needs or wants bump up against someone else's, he just. gives in. Every time. It bothers him more than he lets on, even though he tries to play it cool.
Yuu's picked up on this, and honestly, it gets to her. She doesn't like seeing him sell himself short like that, so she makes it her business to push back on his whole pushover thing. She's trying to help him grow a backbone, basically.
