Nephtear
A high-priced elf slave purchased by Zagan for one million gold coins, Nephtear starts out deeply suspicious of him—which, given her circumstances, is completely fair. Over time though, she gradually opens up and becomes genuinely comfortable in his presence. What's notable about their dynamic is how well she's able to read him and understand what he's actually feeling, even when he struggles to put things into words himself. She's basically become his translator when it comes to emotions.
