Lieutenant Drake
A Marine officer posted at G-8 Naval Base, Drake shows up surprisingly often in One Piece filler content and movies pursuing the Straw Hat Pirates. He's got distinctive muttonchop sideburns and has a pretty short fuse when things don't go his way—which, given who he's chasing, happens a lot. Fans mostly remember him from his recurring appearances trying to apprehend the crew, usually without much success.
