Seishirou's basically Team Hiragi's resident goofball—the guy who keeps things light and fun. He can be pretty spacey and says some dumb stuff now and then, but he's genuinely talented when it comes to music, and he's clearly put work into staying fit. You'll catch him bursting into song at random moments, which tracks with how naturally gifted he is. His family owns a Chinese restaurant, which comes up here and there in the story.
