Warren Rocko is a Fairy Tail Guild mage who specializes in telepathy magic—basically mind-to-mind communication. In fights, he can probe his opponent's thoughts, which gives him a serious tactical advantage. Despite not looking particularly threatening, he's actually one of the guild's stronger wizards and regularly takes solo jobs.
His biggest weakness? A crippling fear of heights. It's caused him no end of trouble over the years. There's a infamous story about a date he took where they had to cross a bridge—his panicked mental screaming of "Help, save me!!! I'm scared!!!" was so loud it broadcast to the entire town. Fans still bring that one up.
Character-wise, his design draws pretty obvious inspiration from Branch, a character from Rave Master.
