A guy dressed as a blue mummy shows up to the BB Lounge on Halloween with his red-haired buddy in tow. They're the ones who bring Kongming to the place, and that's where he first gets to hear EIKO perform. The two of them stick around as fixtures in the opening and closing sequences throughout the series, and they make a quick appearance in Episode 12 partying and drinking at the lounge.
