Wei Qingwei is the Wan Jian Peak Lord, where all members of Cang Qiong Mountain Sect eventually go to retrieve their spiritual swords. His peak also houses a sword testing station with the mystical sword Hong Jing. The sword only unsheathes in the presence of resentful souls and evil spirits.
