Mitsumi Seto is the protagonist of Heroes of the Sea Lifesavers and Souya's childhood friend. She's known for her cooking skills, though ironically she's a terrible swimmer—a result of nearly drowning on a boat with Souya a decade earlier, an incident that left her unable to swim for ten years.
She's made brief cameos in Hayate no Gotoku!, appearing in chapters 75 and 359, but didn't factor into either storyline.
