Dr. Scarlet Oohara now runs the E-Pandora Project, but her path there wasn't straightforward. She started out working under Dr. Gengo Aoi on the original Pandora Project, where she was secretly mapping Maria Lancelot's genetics to use as a baseline for the research. Aoi found out and didn't approve of how she was going about it—he kicked her off the team. Rather than give up, Oohara doubled down on her work, and eventually the Chevalier officially sanctioned what she was doing, giving her the green light to continue. That backing ultimately led to her heading up the E-Pandora Project.
