A serious kid and samurai's son who shows up at the academy with a pretty heavy backstory—he was originally on a revenge quest to find his father's killer. Turns out his dad faked the whole thing to toughen him up, since he'd been pretty spoiled before that. Once he found out the truth, he decided to enroll in the Ninjutsu Academy, becoming the newest student in 1-Ha.
His real strength is sword-fighting, which he trains in under Tobe-sensei. Since he lives pretty far from school in Kamakura, he crashes at Tobe-sensei's place during breaks rather than making the long commute home.
