Holland Novak runs Gekkostate and pilots the Terminus typeR909, commanding the Gekko itself. He's best known as the face of the outfit—ray=out magazine loves his image—but in reality, he's nothing like his polished public persona. He loses his cool constantly when things go sideways or when someone steps out of line. He's thrown Renton in the brig for joyriding the Nirvash and beaten him for worse offenses, driven mostly by frustration rather than principle.
A lot of his instability traces back to Eureka. He's deeply concerned about her depression, which makes him irrationally hostile toward Renton—fans often note this creates uncomfortable tension since it's obvious he cares about her in a way that goes beyond leadership.
