He's known for being levelheaded around his commanding officer, Emmerson—he'll speak up if he thinks a plan is reckless, but he's never the type to actually refuse an order. Once Emmerson decides on something, Delacroix is all in.
The guy's got a complicated relationship with military life, though. Something went wrong during his soldier training that left a real mark on him, and ever since he's been convinced he'd be better off behind a desk. Despite that, he keeps doing the job anyway.
