Atwert is a Pointed Hat Witch best known as Galga's lover. He comes across as genuinely kind and friendly—the type who wears his softness openly, with a gentle expression and obvious affection for Galga.
Things take a turn at the Silver Night Festival in Chapter 55. While waiting for Galga by a fountain, Atwert grows increasingly anxious when his lover doesn't return as expected. His concern turns out to be justified. By Chapter 57, it's revealed that Atwert found Galga in a confused, disoriented state with no memory of him. Galga had been chasing some mysterious music when his mind was erased—and when Atwert finally tracked him down, Galga didn't even recognize him.
Learning that Galga will become an Outsider hits Atwert hard. He demands answers about restoring Galga's memories, only to be told that kind of magic is forbidden. He visibly shakes with distress and anger, and when told he can't legally take custody—not being family or a mentor—he refuses to accept it. Insisting he won't give up, Atwert makes a bold decision: he becomes Galga's master so they can stay together.
It's a painful restart. Galga has no memory of their relationship, but Atwert is determined to rebuild what they had—and maybe, eventually, help Galga remember.
