Batta is a kunoichi from Kumogakure who grew up on a small island—one that eventually got bought out by resort developers, displacing the entire community.
She's skilled with Wind Release jutsu, able to whip up powerful gusts that can either knock things around or lift herself and others into the air. Beyond that, she's got a neat trick where she can place her hands on structures and send chakra through them to identify weak points, which makes her useful for reconnaissance or sabotage work.
