Fu Orostor is a Giver from Gachiakuta who used to run with the Raiders before switching over to the Cleaners. He's pretty much the definition of timid—not exactly built for combat and tends to freeze up in fights, often looking to others for direction on what to do.
The interesting part is his vital instrument, Hii, which can possess him (with his permission) and basically turns him into a completely different person in a fight. When Hii takes over, Fu becomes this fearless, aggressive combatant—basically the opposite of his usual nervous self. It's a pretty stark contrast, and it's clearly his main way of holding his own in actual conflict.
