Koshi Kanda
Koshi Kanda is basically the main love rival standing between Tsubasa Ozora and Sanae Nakazawa—probably the closest thing the series has to a genuine romantic obstacle.
He first showed up in Captain Tsubasa around chapter 56. Visually, he's tall and athletic with decent looks and slightly fluffy bangs, though the 2023 series redesign toned down the fluffiness a bit, gave him some tan skin, and switched his eyes to a dark blue.
Personality-wise, he's pretty much a hothead. Kanda's impulsive and wears his emotions on his sleeve, and yeah, he can be arrogant—especially toward people he's protective of (Sanae being the obvious one) or looks down on (like Tsubasa). He's not outright cruel though. What's interesting is that he actually does respect people who can challenge him and refuse to back down.
