A junk dealer and president of Kaneban Co., Ltd., Annqi runs what looks like a legitimate salvage operation on the surface. Behind the scenes, though, he's deeply involved in illegal enterprises—most notably Clan Battle, where he plays a significant role in the underground fighting circuit.
