Fu is the biological son of Towa and Mira, the main villains from the Ankoku Makai arc. He inherited his mother's gift for science and spends his time running experiments on his own terms—a far cry from what he was apparently designed to do, which was take down the Time Patrol and restore the Demon Realm to power.
He was first supposed to show up in the guidebook for Dragon Ball Online, a Korean MMO set 216 years after the manga ends. Unfortunately, the game shut down before he ever got properly introduced to players.
