Shirakumo Oboro, known as Loud Cloud, was a Class 2-A student at U.A. High School working toward his Pro Hero license.
He's a tall guy with light blue wavy hair that sweeps back and up, with a couple of shorter ear-length strands framing his face. He had this constant huge grin and bright blue eyes that were usually squeezed nearly shut—he just looked perpetually excited about everything. At U.A. he wore the standard uniform: light gray blazer with dark turquoise trim, white shirt, dress pants, and a red tie, plus a small bandage on his nose that became kind of his signature look.
His hero costume leaned into an aviator vibe. He wore a closed dark blue martial arts gi with a black obi, fingerless gloves, and a dark brown aviator jacket with white fur lining that had the kanji for "cloud" on the back. The whole outfit was topped off with a blue aviator hat complete with mufflers and an opening for his hair to stick through, goggles, and a speaker shaped like a gourd hanging from his belt. He carried a quarterstaff in a sheath on his back.
Personality-wise, Oboro's a total goofball—the type who's always cracking jokes and making wisecracks, often with some innuendo thrown in. He didn't care much for following rules or formalities and honestly had no shame about it. Criticism and reprimands just rolled off him.
But here's the thing: under all the clowning around, he's genuinely selfless. He'd drop everything to help someone in trouble, no questions asked. That's what actually defined him.
