Minoru Kanuma is a member of Shishitoren.
An average-height teenager with black hair slicked back and shaved sides, Kanuma usually wears the Shishitoren jumper over a black hoodie. He's got that perpetually bitter, exasperated look—especially when annoyed.
Kanuma embodies everything people hate about Shishitoren: arrogant, smug, and violent. He's a genuine bully who thinks nothing of chasing middle schoolers around just for kicks, and he's quick to mock his own teammates when they take an L. The guy's got basically no impulse control either—get under his skin even slightly and he'll blow up at you. When things don't go his way, he visibly falls apart, getting all worked up and panicky about it.
The one exception to his general lack of empathy is Arima, who he genuinely respects and will defend fiercely. Beyond that? He doesn't really care about anyone. Suo pointed out that this selfish attitude is exactly why Kanuma will never develop real strength.
